Dear Zoe,
Why hello there ultimate swoon-boat and idol of dreams (check out Primped if you haven’t already, dear readers)! It appears that you have a new and fancy book out called Amazing Face (RRP $39.95) on how to be a pretty awesome makeup, hair and skincare princess + many more wondrous tips.
♥ ♥ ♥
I feverishly read your book from cover to cover, barely stopping to breathe, on the first day it came out. I also had to harass some Dymock’s employees to find your tome in a box out the back! It was well worth it.
Here is a list of reasons why your book heaps deserved to be at the number one spot on the Dymocks best selling books for a couple of weeks (true story!):
♥ It’s for everyone. There’s tips for teens, 20 somethings, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s+
♥ This quote “Happy, healthy, radiant skin is your finest and most powerful accessory”
♥ You’re so smart, and witty, and funny, and pretty. Every page is ultra enjoyable to read and you tell me correct order in which to apply my skincare before bed, which I previously DID NOT KNOW!
♥ There is approximately 5 million tips in here about how to glow ‘a rude shade of health’.
♥ Tutorials, how-tos, lists (with pix!), Q&A, bonus tricks… there is a lot of information, presented in lots of different ways.
♥ The design is stunning, every page is different and delightful.
There are more reasons! But I don’t want to reveal all of your secrets.
Cute haircut n makeup Zoe! It looks like you do know your stuff.
Thanks Zo, you have once again inspired me to mix up my beauty routine a bit and reminded me to pull up my socks and stop being a bit lax with skincare, naughty naughty.
Lucky readers! Penguin Books Australia have generously provided 2 copies of Ms. Foster’s book for us to give away 😀 To be in the running to win, all you need to do is make sure you’re a fan of our Facebook page and leave a comment below letting us all know:
Good luck! Entries close 19th September xx
Be well,

I’d love to win a copy of this book because I’m beauty obsessed and Zoe Foster is an amazing and witty lady. I really need skin care advice because I’m really not that knowledgeable in that department so Zoe’s book would be very educational to me!
Im currently battling a life threatening illness and have an NJ feeding tube. This book could help me feel beautiful again.
I would love to win a copy of Amazing Face, because I enjoy reading about beauty, especially skincare. I want to make sure that I look after my health and my body because I am a firm believer in growing old elegantly without, Botox, surgery etc.
I would love to take better care of my skin – I tend to get a bit lazy and skip my beauty regime every now and then… I am sure this would motivate me to keep up with it all!
I’ve never had problems with my skin, I sailed through high school and my early twenties with pretty clear skin and just a basic wash and moisturise routine. But now all of a sudden in my mid twenties my skin is playing up – it’s dull, prone to blemishes and redness… it’s not an all consuming issue, but I’d love to read about some natural and inventive solutions to give my skin a pick me up – Zoe’s book sounds like just the trick – a copy would be great!
Would love this book! Am pretty new to the beauty/skincare bandwagon! All advice is valued!
I am obsessed with makeup! I used to wear it every day! I even look closely at other ladies to try and get tips on what they do! But now I’m a stay at home mum with 2 small kids & the makeup/skincare regime has totally gone out the window. I’ve lost all my confidence and feel “invisible”! I would love this book to help me turn over a new leaf (literally)!
I am a big fan of Zoe (own all her fiction titles) and find her beauty tips some of the most practical and useable I have seen. I would love to win this book as I think it will help me find new, quick and effective ways to make the most of my look without wasting hours in the bathroom!
I love Zoe Foster! I have her other books and read her beauty website Primped for tips. I believe she is beautiful inside and out and I would love to have her beauty bible because I’m sure it would be full of helpful hints about looking great but also feeling great about yourself. I’m about to graduate from a four year professional writing degree and this would be a great gift to receive from one of my career idols.
I ‘liked’ your facebook page! I’d love to win this book! Pick me pick me!! Thanks for the chance to win
I would like to win as I have ardently followed & adopted Zoe’s articles and tips and experienced a massive improvement in my skin and overall confidence. I was a slacker when it came to my skin and hair, not looking after my natural beauty but now thanks to her, I know everything from taming fly aways to choosing the right foundation. She has the solution to every problem and the smartest tricks. To own her book means having access to her expertise at all times which I am sure is all I need for looking & feeling flawless! and I love her way of expression!
Just to let you all know Zoe has some amazing video tutorials on youtube as well and she walks you through how to do hair and makeup. I think her books are amazing as they make women realise that hair and makeup isnt as scary as well all think.
I would like to win a copy of Zoe Foster’s ‘Amazing Face’ because I am only 17 years old and I am definitely below par in my make-up ability, evident in my formal photos! I desperately need the witty and informative lessons of Zoe to steer me in the right direction, otherwise I may spend the rest of my life wearing caked-on foundation and a good centimeter of eyeliner around my eyes. Please, it’s desperate! Thanks for the chance to win 🙂
I saw Mia Freedman interviewing Zoe and she is gorgeous and funny. I’m a makeup noob so I’d love to get my hands on the book to learn how to use my makeup properly 🙂
Why do I want this book? Who on earth wouldn’t! I am a mad follower of Zoe’s blog and cling to her beauty advice like mascara to a lash! Every small change suggested by this oracle of beauty has made a difference to my appearance – seriously. She has shaken all the old bad habits out of me and left me craving more and more advice to help me be the best me possible!
I would LOVE to win a copy of amazing face for the following, not proceeding!!, reasons. 1. I am a huge fan of Zoe’s, she is my idol, I want to be just like her, need I say more? If I was able to get my hands on a copy of this book I could become her clone…just kidding, more like her minny me! On a serious note though the real and only reason is that I need all the help I can get when it comes to beauty as I’m hoping to break into the industry career wise. Thanks for the opportunity!
haha! already following you since like FOREVER! 😛
man everyone keeps going on about how good this book is! maybe if I win a copy i’ll be inspired to start a beauty routine! *nudge, nudge – pick me, pick me* hahahaha is it bad I dont have one?!? :S
and P.S Sooooooooo good to have seen you today and had a mini catch up! must do a super long one soon! once I find a place! hahaha oh and your hair looked amazing too!
loves you!
I love primped and I love Zoe! They’re both super amazing and super helpful to a beauty beginner such as myself! I’d love to win her book, I’ve been hearing so much about how amazing Amazing Face is (haha).
P.S Have liked the Facebook page!!
As somebody who has had their fair share of allergies, rashes, eczema and general skin woes, I’m a pretty firm believer that feeling happy on the inside shows on the outside. I’ve taken to using the simple things like painting my toenails to make myself feel at least a little prettier when my skin has flared up and I’m resisting scratching myself raw.
Now that I’ve gotten my skin under control somewhat, I’d love to make the most of it and Zoe’s got some wise words to share! I think the internet is a great resource for tips and tricks but my problem is, it’s too big a resource! I’d rather have one down-to-earth expert set everything straight for me in a good read for a sunny Sunday afternoon like today.
Plus if she’s nabbed Hamish Blake, she’s obviously doing something right 😉
Like Monique I get lazy with my beauty regimes so would love to get some motivation to look after my skin 🙂
Love, Zoe, love Primped, love Wellness W.A
Would love to win a copy – balancing uni and two jobs gives me so little time to “primp” myself, and since I flounder a little with all the different beauty advice when I do try to learn a bit more, I end up just skipping it all together. But having a book I could sit down and read and understand would be amazing!
I’ve been doing the same old daily slap of some mascara and blush for a good couple years now and, hello – boring! I would fancy some new tips and tricks…maybe a flick of the eyeliner, a boofness to the hair? If only there was some magic book to tell me such sorcery.
I am currently working on my insides – healthy organic nutritious foods, and regular exercise. I would love some help with my outsides so I can look as good as I feel 🙂
I love Zoe Foster! I read her books, and i love her column in Cosmopolitan magazine. She is amazing, her writing is amazing, and who doesn’t want an amazing face? 🙂
I would REALLY love a copy of this book because, let’s face it, most of us can’t afford a make-up artist, hairdresser or stylist. This book could well be the next best thing to helping me have happy, healthy, beautiful skin!
Im in my 40’s now and need to update my look to reflect my age . Zoe’s book would be the perfect start with its great tips and practical advice. I also have two teenage daughters and feel the book would be great for them too. I can imagine this book would be a HUGE hit in our household 🙂
Being pregnant – I currently have a ‘not so amazing face’. I need all the help and advice I can get and would love to win a copy of this book. I am craving a read that does not tell me ‘what to expect when I am expecting’. Please please pass one of these books my way : )
I’m absolutely useless with makeup. I’ve only just figured out that concealer and foundation are different things!
My drawers are full of expired makeup – stuff I bought because it was reduced to clear at Priceline but surprise, surprise looked afwul on me. I’m forever in fear of not blending enough (because that’s the biggest makeup faux pas according to fashion magazines) and so I tend to stick to my usual mascara and powder routine
