I have found that in order for me to feel my best, it is vital for me to take part in weekly PT sessions. I need the push & motivation that only someone whose only focus it is to help me move more regularly can provide.

And because I don’t believe in gatekeeping, I’m sharing my favs with you!

If you’re after a PT to round out 2023, any one of these ladies would be a kick-ass choice, and will help you smash your fitness goals.

😍 @chandee.thorburn - my current PT! Chandee is based out of Mt Lawley & specialises in weight loss & strength building and I love her positive approach. She’s also a qualified Sports Nutritionist to boot, so you can get extra support if you need, and has an awesome array of online masterclasses which are GREAT.

😍 Nici @ @mfg_aus mfg_aus - for those who don’t feel like they belong in a traditional gym environment, Nici is your gal. Her biz is Move for Good, and she champions moving your body JUST because it feels good, nothing more - nothing less. Sessions include a 7 point check in at the start so she can see how you’re faring on any given day - and adjust the workout if needed. Nici’s gym is based in Malaga & she also offers online PT if you can’t make it in.

😍 @wiebkehnsn - if you’re after a strength-focused babe to help you hit your PB’s, then Weibke (or V!) is the trainer for you. At her Busy Girl Club in Northbridge, V will have you deadlifting, hip-thrusting and working on your body comp with strength-based, small group workouts before you know it. V also has a podcast and an app!

😍 @say.yes.fitness - one for the mums and those getting back into fitness after a break. Renee runs this Bayswater based small group fitness biz that has the perfect variety of classes (all of which are 30/45 mins), your mini me is also welcome to come along (and even get involved in the class!). There’s also a social club to help you connect with other class members.
